The same process applies to customers who purchase TTP Swim School swimming lessons, attend TTP Swim School lessons or intensive courses, or attend lessons provided by Weekday Swim Ltd or Weekday Sports Summer Camp.
This same process applies to those who agree to receive voice messages/emails/ newsletters/text messages/social media contact relating to their TTP Swim School Ltd booking. This includes payment requests and receipts, term dates, holiday notification, re-booking information and other general information relating to the swimming programme, intensive courses or activities provided through TTP Swim School Ltd, Weekday Swim Ltd or Weekday Sports.
Our privacy commitments details that: We will only collect, keep, use and share Personal Data for legitimate business purposes, or if we’re legally required to do so i.e. in terms of fulfilling government HMRC requirements to retain data for revenue purposes. Parent Contact phone numbers or other emergency contact phone numbers in the case of adult swimmers, Postal address and/or postcode, Parent email address or emergency email address in the case of adult swimmers, gender of swimmer, details of medical conditions, medication or additional needs, details of previous swimming awards or experience. ▪ Our legal basis for the collection and processing of this data is the provision to you of the services purchased by you.

The data transmitted from your browser includes your IP address, the date and time of the visit the pages accessed, the access status/HTTP status code, your browser, your operating system and interface, as well as the language and version of the browser software. The legal basis for collecting and processing this personal data is to be able to operate the website and provide you with access to the pages you wish to access.

By making an enquiry and being added to our waiting list or by making a booking, you are automatically agreeing to OPT IN to TTP@swimnow.uk to continue to receive information from TTP Swim School Ltd and our two associated companies, Weekday Swim Ltd & Weekday Sports in accordance with this Privacy Policy. OPT OUT
If at any time you would like to OPT OUT of receiving information from us, please email the name of the swimmer with OPT OUT to TTP@swimnow.uk and you will be removed from our database mailing list. However, you will then not be updated with TTP Swim School Ltd re-booking information, news, term dates etc.
OPT OUT WEEKDAY
If you would like to OPT OUT of receiving information from us about activities provided by our associated companies Weekday Swim Ltd & Weekday Sports, please email the name of the swimmer with OPT OUT WEEKDAY to TTP@swimnow.uk. You will continue to receive emails about your TTP Swim School Ltd booking, however, you will not be updated with details about after school lessons, special programmes, holiday lessons or multi sports activities provided by Weekday Swim Ltd or Weekday Sports.
